Making a Booking
By making a booking with Spindrift Guest House you are entering into a contract for which you are liable to make full payment for regardless of whether or not you make use of the accommodation. You may be asked to provide a deposit/full payment in advance of your stay. This payment is non-refundable should you wish to cancel your accommodation. Your booking is confirmed once you have passed your credit card details.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your accommodation with less than 48 hours notice, full payment of the final bill will be required. If you cancel your accommodation, giving us notice of between 2 and 7 days, 50% of the final bill will be payable. In all other cases we will endeavour to let the rooms to other guests – where this is possible you will only be liable to pay the deposit or part of the bill if we were unable to re-let the room for the whole of your initial booking. If we have to cancel your accommodation, for whatever reason, we will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation elsewhere in the area to a similar standard as ourselves and will forward your deposit to the new accommodation establishment. Where this is not possible, we will refund your deposit in full.
No Smoking & Pricing Policy
You agree not to smoke anywhere on the property of Spindrift. You will be liable to pay the current market value for any damage that you cause either maliciously or accidentally to our property. We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions and/or prices without notice. You will be billed at the price quoted to you at the time of booking less any deposit received. All vehicles, their contents and your personal effects are brought onto our property at your own risk – we accept no responsibility for any accidental or deliberate damage.
Check-In Times
Check-in times are strictly before 1pm or after 5pm
